Beth and I can’t say enough about the job Susie and her team did with our three day estate sale, despite COVID19, successfully selling nearly all of our things including many non furniture personal items.  They were incredibly organized and highly professional at all times and staged the house well for the sale.  In walking through the house yesterday you can see how careful they were getting 17 rooms of furniture out without a mark on a wall.  They also coordinate with a clean out service to remove what’s left and clean the home.

My family could not be more pleased with Countryside Estate Sales.  Susie and her entire team of professionals helped make a normally stressful process very easy and most important profitable.  When we first met Susie, she listened to the goals of our sale and developed a plan to maximize our return.  Her experience and contacts in this industry we evident from start to finish.  The set up was well done and the displays were store quality.  Susie advertised our sale through multiple mediums and by word of mouth.  When it came time for the sale, there was a line of people waiting to enter our home.  This did not stop until the sale was over.  

As the seller, the key is to listen to the professionals and they can move the merchandise.  Remember, used items are only worth people are willing to pay for them and Susie and her team had their finger on the pulse of the marketplace.  My wife and I can not give her a higher endorsement.  Throughout this process not only did we accomplish our goals of emptying our home, we also made friends with Susie and her team.  Thank you again for a wonderful sale.
